Amanda is an account manager on the Client Services team. She works closely with customer service, marketing, sales, billing, and insurance carriers to ensure client needs are met. She creates and reviews enrollment materials, builds client relationships, communicates effectively with clients, and provides timely client support. Before joining Covala Group, she worked as a Calendar Coordinator/Intake Specialist at a law firm.

She graduated from Devry University with a degree in Health Information Management. In her spare time, she enjoys resin art, cooking, baking, traveling, vacationing, and building memories with her loved ones.
