Beatriz Silbol
Customer Service Associate

Beatriz is an associate on the Client Services Team.  She works with IT, Marketing, Sales, Billing and insurance carriers to guarantee that all client needs are being met. She analyzes data files to ensure accuracy and fluid formatting, creates and reviews enrollment materials, and provides timely customer support.  Before joining Covala, she was a fourth grade elementary teacher and a high school volleyball coach in the Los Angeles area.

She graduated from West Coast Baptist College with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  In her free time, she loves to travel, work out and spend time with her family and bulldog, Beckham.
