Billing Associate

Carmen is a Covala Group Associate and Account Manager on the billing team. She is responsible for premium bill mailings, updating payroll files and preparing conservation materials. She also provides support to clients.

Carmen graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance and Accounting. In her free time she enjoys watching animated television shows, K-Dramas, and completing puzzles.
