Francis Macaraig
Billing Associate

Francis is a Covala Group Associate on the Billing Team. He is responsible for updating client payroll files, creating invoices, and auditing error reports. Francis also provides customer service to clients regarding billing. Prior to working at Covala Group, Francis worked as a bookkeeper at a homecare for adults, ensuring payment of the company’s bills and invoices.

Francis graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.  In his spare time, he enjoys weightlifting, trying new cuisines, and building custom mechanical keyboards
