Ian Terrell
Associate

Ian is an Account Manager on the Client Services team. He works closely with IT, Implementation, Marketing, Sales, Billing and insurance carriers to guarantee that all client needs are met.  He analyzes data files for accuracy and fluid formatting, creates and reviews enrollment materials, and provides timely customer support. Before joining Covala Group, he worked as a rowing coach training athletes from the Under 15 level all the way to members of the Senior National Team.

Ian graduated from Trinity College with a degree in religious studies and West Virginia University with a masters in Sport Management. In his spare time he enjoys live sporting events, traveling, and spending time with friends.
