Jahmilia is a dedicated Client Service Associate on the Long-Term Care team, responsible for delivering personalized customer service and expert guidance to clients. Before joining Covala Group, she excelled as a Customer Success/Underwriting Specialist at The Guarantors, a rental insurance company, where she built and maintained strong client relationships and ensured compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Jahmilia graduated from SUNY Old Westbury with a major in Psychology. She leverages her extensive experience in the insurance sector to provide exceptional service and support. In her spare time, Jahmilia enjoys traveling, working out, volunteering at her childhood dance school, and creating lasting memories with her family or spending time with her family which ever you prefer.
