Meliora Lu
Billing Associate

Meliora is a Covala Group associate on the Billing team.  She is responsible for running client payroll files, creating invoices, auditing error reports to identify and rectify any discrepancies, and provide customer support to address any client inquires or issues.

Meliora graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  In her spare time, she enjoys collecting cute mini-figurines, spending time with friends, family and her dog, PepperJack.
