Michelle Krishnanand
Implementation Manager

Michelle Krishnanand is the Implementation Manager, overseeing the process of onboarding all new client benefit programs at Covala Group.  Michelle works with the Sales team, the client, the insurance carrier, as well as the Marketing and IT teams to ensure all aspects of the program, including agreements, communications, technology, and billing process are in place prior to the initial enrollment period. Before joining the organization, she had multiple marketing positions in NYC.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baruch College with a concentration in Corporate Communications and a minor in Philosophy. In her spare time, she enjoys going to local comedy clubs, being a member of a non-profit organization called WGIRLS, and spending time with her friends and family.
