Rhonda is an associate on the Client Services team. She is responsible for the processing of Individual Disability Benefit applications received via paper or online. She provides valuable customer service by communicating with individuals to obtain additional information that may be outstanding and responding to customer inquiries. She also works with various teams at Covala Group to ensure that client needs are satisfied. She moved to New York from Trinidad and Tobago five years ago and worked in Tertiary Education for many years as a Senior Administrative Assistant with The University of the West Indies.

Rhonda attended the University of the West Indies and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys cooking and is well known among her immediate circle as the one who ensures that everyone is well-fed and taken care of.
