Shamah is an Account Manager on the Client Services team.  She works closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, Billing and insurance carriers to guarantee that all client needs are being met.  She analyzes data files to ensure accuracy and fluid formatting, creates and reviews enrollment materials, and provides timely customer support.  Before joining Covala Group, she worked as an Employment Counselor managing clients with disabilities. 

She graduated from The City College of New York with a degree in International Studies.  In her spare time she enjoys painting, traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
